Statement:
1. The price unit above-mentioned is: Yuan/thousand words. The number of Chinese characters (except for spaces) is counted based on the tools in Microsoft Word. The single documentation less than 1,000 Chinese characters is charged by the 1,000 character standard. Generally, we charge based on the number of Chinese characters instead of the number of foreign words no matter what language is the translating destination.
2. For the translation of text with graphs or diagrams, Powerpoint and web pages, we should charge some additional fees.
3. “High-grade translation” means the translation for the documents with precise meanings such as law, patent or contract documents.
4. Certificate translation should be charged by piece number, 100 Yuan/piece.
5. Payment in advance is 50% of the estimated commission, the rest should be paid as soon as the destination documents are submitted based on the exact character number.
6. Fetching and delivering translation documents are free of charge in downtown Beijing, also free registered mail, free printing, and free floppy disks, if needed.

Notice to Clients：
1. Letters and pictures of the manuscripts being translated should be clear, or we should check them word by word, which will waste time or result in misunderstandings.
2. Please provide supporting documents integrally if possible, which will be more beneficial to your usage of translations on the premise of accuracy, and save more time and manpower on translation. Those documents such as former translation work, professional terms and business letters may be included.
3. The translation contract is a formal file, which need to be executed seriously. The requirements on the format, binding and storage of the translations, and some exclusive translations of names, places and organizations etc., should be specifically noticed.
4. The translation shall be done based on the standard manuscript attached to the translation contract. Any requests of fabricating or conjecturing about the manuscript will be declined.
5. Our company is only responsible for the accuracy of the translations, not for the originals, contents and the usage of the manuscript. .Our company will not take any responsibilities resulting from the usage of our translations, and the direct or indirect consequences of the usage of the translations;
6. Our company will keep the secret of the manuscript and translation for all clients. Special confidential requirement should be informed in advance to our company, so the confidential contract can be signed. The confidential actions will be taken according to the content stipulated in the contract.
7. Please provide the final version of the manuscripts. Modification, additions and deletions after translation will interrupt the process of translation and make great trouble for the translation. For the client’s notice of deletions, the fees of these parts will not be exempted if the translation has been done;
The above-mentioned process will not only be helpful to our work, but also can improve the translation quality and speed.
